Award for best abstract and presentation

On the PRISMA Symposium on May 28th, 2024, Veronique Hilhorst, pharmacist, won the award for best abstract and best presentation. The topic was research on risk-based medication reconciliation for outpatients. Over 2,000 patients were included in the project, which showed that medication reconciliation prevents harm but also indicates that we need a more efficient approach at the same time.
