Research Lines
The pharmacy has currently four research lines.
Transitional Care and Medication Safety
Within this research line, we aim to improve the continuity of care in the region (for example, by collaborating with primary care) and to prevent drug-related harm in a sustainable manner (for example through algorithms or qualitative research methods).
The research focuses on network care, intra-, inter-professional, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in (cardiovascular) elderly care.
