Presentation LOAG and NVZA

Fatma Karapinar recently delivered a presentation on prescribing cascades to pharmacy and geriatric trainees as part of the LOAG training course. Notably, many of the geriatric trainees had limited prior knowledge on the subject, and for them, the presentation served as a significant eye-opener.

Additionally, Fatma presented at the NVZA meeting, where she once again highlighted the importance of preventing unnecessary medication use. The relevance of the chapter on prescribing cascades in the Pharmacotherapeutic Compass was also underscored.
