NuPhac congress (Nurse and Pharmaceutical Care)

On December 13 and 14, Judith de Ruijter-van Dalem, Lina Heier, and Fatma Karapinar participated in the NuPhac Congress (Nurse and Pharmaceutical Care) in Antwerp.

Judith de Ruijter-van Dalem presented an oral-talk on "Continued Use of Potentially Inappropriate Medication After Hospital Discharge: A Retrospective Cohort Study."
Lina Heier presented a poster on "Glass Particles Contamination in Glass Ampoules – A Patient Safety Concern in Dutch Hospitals?"
Fatma Karapinar delivered a keynote lecture on "Adherence and Treatment Burden in the Continuum of Care."
