Working visit at MUMC+ pharmacy

On March 5th, delegations from KNMP (the professional organization for pharmacists), Lareb (the reporting and knowledge center for side effects), Patiëntenfederatie Nederland, VJA (Association of Young Pharmacists), and Stichting Health Base (an expertise center for medical and pharmaceutical content in the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond) visited the pharmacy of MUMC+.
During this visit, discussions focused on how side effects can be identified more quickly, thereby preventing prescribing cascades (where a side effect is treated as a new health issue). It was a successful visit, with the intention expressed to collaborate in the future on this important topic.
