Drs. Lieke Roeke

Lieke Roeke graduated as a pharmacist from Utrecht University in 2024, completing her master’s thesis entitled “The association between medication use and lifestyle factors in independently living older adults: impact of Mediterranean diet and physical activity”. She began her career as a pharmacist at the Clinical Pharmacy and Toxicology department of MUMC+. Since 2025, she has been pursuing a PhD focused on developing personalized pharmaceutical care for patients with chronic heart failure, aiming to improve treatment outcomes and reduce hospital admissions. She continues to work part-time as a pharmacist alongside her research.
