and Perspectives of patients and experiences with medication reviews.
Simone ten Hoope; Conducting Medication Reviews: A Comparative Study Between ChatGPT-4 and Healthcare Professionals.
Manal Belamkaddam; Policy Decisions of Hospital Pharmacies for Medication Reconciliation.
