Scientific Contributions at EuGMS Congress in Iceland

During the EuGMS (European Geriatric Medicine Society) congress in Iceland, two posters were presented:

“Occurrence of potential prescribing cascades after hospital discharge: a cohort study” by Atiya Mohammad
“Continued use of potentially inappropriate medication after hospital discharge: a retrospective cohort study” by Judith de Ruijter

In addition, Fatma Karapinar gave a presentation on the effectiveness of ChatGPT in supporting medication reviews.
