Betsie Limmen presented her research to hospital pharmacists at the NVZA “Kennisagenda” working group “Risk Selection, Self Verification, Innovations: Effectiveness and Efficiency of Medication Verification/Transfer.” During this session, Betsie presented the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) research on medication discrepancies.
