Personalised Treatment Selection for Advanced Therapies in Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Description
This project aims to improve personalised treatment selection for patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. We validate and further develop clinical decision support tools that combine patient, disease, laboratory and treatment characteristics to predict the effectiveness of biologicals and other advanced therapies. The ultimate aim is to translate these models into explainable and clinically applicable decision support for multidisciplinary IBD care.
