About

Vincent completed the Master degree Nutrition and Health at Wageningen University in 2024. His Master thesis was on the relation the amylase gene and the postprandial glucose response in individuals with prediabetes. Vincent started in November 2024 as a PhD. His research focuses on the relation between diabetes type 2 and bone health.
